Brief Introduction of Products
Plastic material pipes are more and more important and popular in room heating, cooling and water service and sanitary distribution system. PE-RT means Temperature-Resistance Polyethylene. PE-RT pipe for heating floor is produced by Korean SK Corp, and recognized as an ideal floor heating product for its sanitary conditions, favorable standards, and good heat radiation. When the hot water pipes are circling under the floor, the heat will be dispersed through the floor.
It is widely use in hot & cold water distribution, floor heating system. residential or industrial plumbing.
Because high density polyethylene can not bear high temperature which results in its failing to solve indoor hot water supply problem. Therefore, polyethylene of raised temperature resistance (PE-RT) was developed in USA as a new kind of pipeline material able to bear the high temperature. Besides all the advantages of high density polyethylene, it’s well done in resolving problem of hot water supply. PE-RT is copolymer of comonomer based on ethylene-octane. It can control appropriately the number and distribution on the branched chain of polyethylene molecular chain during polymerization, which makes PE-RT material gain excellent physical mechanics performance and higher heat resistant performance without crosslinked. It can be used 50 years or so under the circumstance of transmitted water temperature 70°C(centigrade degree)& the pressure of 0.97MPa.

Pe rt floor heating pipe :
pipes of increased temperatures resistance(PE-RT), are produced by special type of polyethylene DOWLEX 2344 E.
Their unique molecular structure gives them high mechanical resistance to pressure and temperature combined with great flexibility and easy installation, without cross linking requirement.
They are particularly flexible with a smooth surface. They are produced according to DIN 16833/16834/4721/4726 specifications and are accompanied by quality certificates of German institutes, like SKZ for their mechanical resistance, MPA for oxygen barrier and by guarantee of 2.000.000 CHF, that covers their good function.
E field pert pipes are more specifically to installations of heating and sanitation with excellent results and their annual consumption is increasing year by year against other competitive pipes. They are produced in white or black color with UV stabilizers, with or without protective corrugated pipe. They are available in various coil lengths from 100m to 600m for single pipes and in 50m coils for pipes with protective corrugated pipe. They can be connected with many types of fittings, such as screw fittings, press fittings, speed fits, electro fusion etc.
