Testing

1. IPT Hydrostatic Testing Machine
Used to determine the thermoplastic pipe (PPR, PE, PERT, PEX) and composite pipe and other pipe’s constant internal pressure and constant temperature withstand pressure and blasting the maximum pressure in a long time.

2. Melt Flow Indexer
It mainly used for melting temperature of the plastic test of PPR, PE, PB and other raw materials, to test melt mass-flow rate (MFR), melt volume flow rate (MVR) and melt density of the thermoplastic resin.

3. Drop Hammer Impact Test Machine
Used in the impact test of plastic pipe, sheet and products to test the impact resistance of these materials.

4.Electronic Universal Testing Machine
It is mainly used for the testing of mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing and tearing of thermoplastic materials. It can test the maximum force, tensile strength, flexural strength, and compressive strength, elastic modulus, Rate, yield strength and other parameters.

5. Whiteness Meter
It is used to test the whiteness of products surface.

6. Muffle Furnace

We can use this machine test inorganics content of pipes .The less inorganics the better for pipes.
